How sessions work

Starting therapy can feel like a big step. Here's what to expect.

01

Reach out

Send a message through the contact form or call. I'll get back to you within 24 hours to arrange a brief introductory call — free and with no obligation.

02

First session

We'll meet to explore what brings you to therapy, what you're hoping for, and whether we feel like a good fit for each other.

03

Ongoing support

Sessions are typically weekly. Together, we'll develop a rhythm that works for you — adjusting our approach as you grow and your needs evolve.

A little about me

I am a psychologist-psychotherapist specialising in Systemic Psychotherapy and Family Therapy. I graduated from Panteion University and completed my MSc in Child and Adolescent Mental Health. I work with adults, couples, and families, combining systemic therapy with elements of CBT and arts-based therapy. My goal is meaningful support through prevention, therapy, and psychosocial empowerment.

Common questions

Starting therapy raises many questions. Here are a few I hear often.

How do I know if therapy is right for me?
If you're asking this question, that's often a sign that some part of you is ready. Therapy can help if you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, sad, or simply curious about understanding yourself better. You don't need to be in crisis to benefit — many people come to therapy as an investment in their wellbeing, not just as a response to difficulty.
What happens in the first session?
The first session is an opportunity for us to meet and begin to understand what's bringing you to therapy. I'll ask some questions about your current situation and what you're hoping for, and you'll have a chance to ask anything you'd like about how I work. There's no pressure to share more than feels comfortable. By the end, we'll have a sense of whether we're a good fit.
How do I schedule an appointment?
You can reach me through the contact form on this website, by email, or by phone. I typically respond within 24 hours.

Ready to take the first step?

There's no pressure and no obligation. If you're curious about whether therapy could help, I'm happy to have a brief conversation first.
